I have got [email@example.com].wallet virus on my PC. I am using a dell laptop running on Windows 10. It is a brand new laptop and I also use a famous anti-virus. But I don’t what happened, I cannot access any of my files. [firstname.lastname@example.org].wallet is demanding ransom money to unlock my files. I have tried to remove it but my anti-virus is not working. I don’t know what to do. This virus is saying that it will delete my files. I can’t risk my data and don’t want to pay ransom.
